Plain-language terms.
The ground rules for using our website, booking a free inspection, and working with Everhome Construction.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Using this website
By using everhomebuild.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is for homeowners and property owners looking for information about roofing, storm damage, gutters, and siding services from Everhome Construction. Please do not misuse the site, try to break it, or submit false information through our forms.
Free inspections are no-obligation
Our roof inspections are free and come with no obligation. Booking or receiving an inspection does not commit you to hire us or buy anything.
Quotes and estimates
Any quote, estimate, or price we give you, on this site, in person, by phone, or in writing, is an estimate only. It is not a binding offer or agreement. Work begins, and pricing becomes binding, only when you and Everhome Construction sign a written contract. The signed contract controls if anything on this site differs from it.
Insurance claims
We help homeowners document storm damage, meet with adjusters, and advocate for a fair claim. However, your insurance company alone decides whether a claim is approved and how much it pays. We cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved, the amount of any payment, or the timing of a decision. You remain responsible for your policy deductible and for any work you approve that your carrier does not cover.
Information on this site
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is general information, not professional advice for your specific home. Products, services, financing options, and availability may change without notice.

The text, photos, graphics, logos, and design of this site belong to Everhome Construction or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party tools and links
This site uses third-party tools, such as our booking calendar, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites and services we do not control.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Everhome Construction is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses that come from using, or being unable to use, this website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or obligation in a signed contract for work on your home, or any right you have that cannot be waived under Arkansas law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Washington County, Arkansas, unless a signed contract between us says otherwise.
